A dicembre 2020, Frederik Villmow Trio ha registrato la sua registrazione di debutto "Motion" all'Øra Studio di Trondheim, composta da standard e originali. 


"Motion" è uscito il 27 agosto 2021 su Losen Records ed è disponibile su CD e bandcamp.
